Electro Mechanical Service Technician
Technician, under the direction of the Technical Service Director, will assemble, install, overhaul, & troubleshoot mechanical and electromechanical equipment, including devices such as; high speed gearboxes, turbines, and generators; electro-pneumatic control valves, instrumentation & support structures.

Temp-to-Hire position$30.00 to $40.00 /hourFull Time work availableFirst Shift (Monday through Friday from 07:00am to 03:30pm)Assembly of sub-system parts & complete mechanical unitsInstall and connect cables & wires, according to schematics (24vdc, 120vac, 480vac)Inspect parts using precision measuring instruments )micrometers, calipers, depth gauge)Preform assembly & testing of electromechanical unitsDissemble primary & sub-units to troubleshoot mechanical anomaliesPreform routine parts replacementComponent inspections & functional testsPerform build inspections & testsComplete documentationPossible field workElectro Mechanical Service Technician Qualifications:
3+ years' experience in role as: Mechanical Technician-Assembler, Electrical Technician-Assembler, Electromechanical Technician-AssemblerUse of precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers), electrical diagnostic tools (VOM, frequency generators), & both hand and power toolsCompetent in computer programs such as Microsoft Word & Excel programs and/or Google Office programsAbility to read blueprints, build specifications, design drawingsAbility to read electrical schematics is a plusExperience with high speed rotating machinery build, troubleshoot is a plusSelf-motivated, & takes direction easilyApplicant may be subject to a background checkPre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment*A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
