Adecco is working with a company in Janesville, WI in hiring a temp to hire Electro-Mechanical Assembler Supervisor.
Pay is $22-$25/hr depending on experience.
Job Description:
The role of a Semi Assembly Cum Test Technician is to perform semi assemblies of medical products. Electrical and Electronics assembly, wiring harness/connections and conduct tests and inspections of products, components, and materials to ensure conformance to established standards and specifications. This includes setting up and running tests, collecting and analyzing data, and preparing reports as per the standard SOP’s and checklists provided. The Test Technician also ensures that testing and measuring equipment are properly maintained and calibrated. The role also involves providing technical support to other departments and providing feedback to management on test results. Complete all the required documentation, final test reports, COC and file the same for each product.
Responsibilities:
1.Perform setup, calibration, testing and troubleshooting of electronic and/or mechanical assemblies and systems
2.Assembling Electrical and Electronics components to build complex systems according to engineering drawings and specifications.
3.Testing and troubleshooting systems to detect and solve technical problems. Develop and execute test plans, analyze test data, and troubleshoot/repair assemblies and systems
4.Conducting visual inspections of components and completed systems to ensure quality standards are met.
5.Record and report any assembly challenges/issues faced and communicate back to the manufacturing site in India and seek appropriate solutions.
6.Ensure all safety protocols are followed during the assembly and sub-assembly building.
7.Follow the work schedules and coordinated activities with other assembly /line technicians for the final assembly / Sub-assembly build and final test.
8.Maintaining accurate records of production data, testing results, and other reports related to the assembly process.
9.Perform preventive maintenance on test equipment
10.Following safety procedures and guidelines to ensure a safe work environment.
11.Keep all the assembly equipment/tools in good working condition, perform regular inspection, maintain annual calibrations, cleaning, servicing along with routine and preventative maintenance to keep everything in order.
12.Repairs and troubleshooting of Field Return units.
13.Incoming quality checks of products
14.Stores management
Required Skills:
1.Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow complex engineering drawings and specifications.
2.Proficient in using hand tools, power tools, measuring instruments, and electrical testing equipment.
3.Ability to troubleshoot and solve technical problems.
4.Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
5.Strong organizational and time management skills.
6.Knowledge of basic math and computer skills.
7.Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
8.Knowledge of quality control measures and procedures.
9.Ability to read and interpret SOP’s, work instructions, analyzing blueprints and schematics for the assembly and testing of Electrical and Electronics systems of the product
Qualifications:
1.Diploma or equivalent.
2.Minimum of 3 years of experience in assembly or related field.
3.Technical degree or certification in a related field is a plus.
4.Familiarity with safety procedures and guidelines

**Pay Details:** $22.00 to $25.00 per hour
