**Electro Mechanical Technician - Up to $45/hr.** **Job Description** + This is a hands-on position that requires the individual to complete testing of controls for all new and existing electrical control and safety systems in the plant and all external buildings within the campus. + The individual will be responsible for PLC troubleshooting of new and existing systems, as well as maintaining existing alarm systems. + They will contribute to a consistent, safe, and productive work environment through participation in corporate programs and adherence to operational and personnel policies and procedures. + With a focus on the success of the overall operation, the individual will work closely with the production and quality teams to handle emergency repairs and coordinate scheduled maintenance activities. **Responsibilities** + Complete testing of controls for new and existing electrical control and safety systems. + Perform PLC troubleshooting of new and existing systems. + Maintain existing alarm systems. + Contribute to a safe and productive work environment through participation in corporate programs. + Adhere to operational and personnel policies and procedures. + Work closely with production and quality teams to handle emergency repairs. + Coordinate and execute scheduled maintenance activities. **Essential Skills** + PLC troubleshooting and programming + Experience with hydraulics and pneumatics + Experience with low and high voltage electrical components **Work Environment** The role is based in a food manufacturing facility specializing in tortillas. **About Aerotek:** We know that finding work is hard, and finding meaningful work is harder.
