Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Electromechanical Assembler to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assembling electronic components and sub-assemblies from individual parts while adhering to quality standards and company procedures. This position offers a competitive pay range of $20-$25 per hour and operates on a 7am-3:30pm shift.
ResponsibilitiesRead and understand blueprintsAssemble electronic components and sub-assemblies from individual partsComplete necessary paperwork for assembly ordersFollow all company procedures and quality standardsPerform surface-mount and through-hole soldering on printed circuit boardsTrim, clip, crimp, and tin wires and leadsProperly label finished productsFabricate, test, and troubleshoot electrical cables, harnesses, and electronic components for high-reliability integrationBuild harnesses and cablesAssemble, fabricate, and inspect complex box buildsIntegrate electrical and mechanical assembliesInstall, mount, fasten, align, and adjust parts, components, wiring, and harnesses to subassemblies and assemblies using hand and small power toolsOperate automatic and semi-automatic machines to position, solder, and clean components on printed circuit boardsReplace defective components and repair or overhaul older assembliesEssential SkillsProficiency in reading blueprintsExperience with electronic assemblyAbility to perform surface-mount and through-hole solderingSkilled in trimming, clipping, crimping, and tinning wires and leadsExperience in fabricating, testing, and troubleshooting electrical cables and harnessesCapability to build harnesses and cablesAbility to integrate electrical and mechanical assembliesExperience in using hand and small power toolsAdditional Skills & QualificationsKnowledge of ITAR regulationsExperience with automatic and semi-automatic machines for PCB assemblyProficiency in operating soldering and cleaning machines for PCBsWhy Work Here?

Work Environment
This role is based in a very clean manufacturing environment, working from 7am to 3:30pm. You will use a variety of tools and equipment, including hand and small power tools, as well as automatic and semi-automatic machines for PCB assembly.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lake Forest, California.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00
