Electromechanical Assembler
**Electromechanical Assembler - 1st Shift** **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled Electromechanical Assembler to join our team. This position is for the 1st shift, Monday to Friday, from 5:00 AM to 1:30 PM with occasional overtime as needed, including weekends. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience and be able to contribute immediately to our production needs. **Responsibilities** + Perform soldering, wiring, and crimping tasks. + Read, interpret, and execute instructions and diagrams for precise assembly of equipment and products. + Construct and test wire harness connections. + Use various hand tools and fixtures proficiently. + Conduct quality spot checks on products to maintain adherence to specified standards. + Report any product inconsistencies or equipment malfunctions to supervisors promptly. + Rework or repair assembled equipment and products according to engineering specifications. **Essential Skills** + Minimum 2-3 years of electromechanical assembly experience. + Experience with crimping and stripping 22-24 AWG wires. + Inserting contacts. + Soldering at an electronics level, preferably with experience in J-STD-001 standards. + Familiarity with IPC-A-610 and IPC/WHMA-A-620 standards for electronic assemblies and wire harnesses. + Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics or assembly drawings. + Experience using specific tools relevant to our production processes (e.g., crimping tools, soldering irons, testing equipment). **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Soldering or previous IPC certifications are ideal. **Why Work Here?** We offer a comprehensive benefits package including 401k and full benefits.
