**Job Title: Electromechanical Assembler** **Job Description** We are seeking an electromechanical assembler to assist in the construction of large transformers. This role involves wiring, installing circuit breakers and contactors, and working with sheet metal and circuit boards. Familiarity with wiring larger cables (2 AWG) and the ability to lift approximately 25 pounds with the help of a harness are required. 6am to 2:30pm $24/hr **Responsibilities** + Follow work assignments, directions, instructions, and the Work Order Schedule provided by the Production Lead. + Familiarize yourself with wire gauges (AWG). + Work with terminals, pins, lugs, and connectors typically used for wire harness fabrication. + Review Assembly Instructions, Engineering Drawings, or Notes on the BOM (where available). + Use hand crimpers to create discrete wires and harnesses. + Assemble some electronic subassemblies to install harnesses. + Maintain a safe and organized work area/room/station. + Ensure that efficiency requirements and quality standards are met regularly. + Follow Safety requirements and all Safety policies. + Determine job order requirements following the Production priorities. **Essential Skills** + Experience in electromechanical assembly, including crimping and wiring. + Familiarity with hand tools and power tools. + Knowledge of wire gauges (AWG), circuit breakers, and mechanical assembly. + Ability to read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with hand tools and soldering is a plus. **Why Work Here?** Join a dynamic and supportive team that values safety, efficiency, and quality.
