Job Description

Manufacturing company in Tigard looking for electro-mechanical assemblers with 1-3 years of experience. Will accurately and safely assemble electromechanical assemblies in accordance with drawings, written, or verbal instructions. Your tasks will include inspecting and testing subassemblies, handling materials, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

ResponsibilitiesRead and understand the bill of material structure and escalate errors or discrepancies.Visually inspect components for flaws or damage and escalate issues.Assist with miscellaneous tasks such as packaging finished goods, material handling, and warehouse organization.Maintain company values and commitment to quality and safety.Participate in the 5S program to maintain a clean and safe work environmentPerform repetitive tasks and sit or stand for long periodsRework and repair equipment and products as instructedOperate and maintain test fixtures, devices, and test cablesPerform full system cold checks using a schematic for continuity checksBuild cables and wire harnesses that conform to IPC 620 standardsAssemble 24V safety circuits including e-stops, light curtains, status lights, and sensorsIdentify and lead continuous improvement opportunities for the production teamTroubleshoot advanced electromechanical assemblies including motors, cables, electrical panels, and mechanical assemblies

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $35.00/hr.
