Our client, a leading manufacturing company, is seeking an Electro-Mechanical Technician to join their team. As an Electro-Mechanical Technician, you will be part of the maintenance department supporting the production team at our Quincy, IL plant. The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication skills, and the ability to multi-task, which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Electro-Mechanical Technician
**Location:** Quincy, IL
**Pay Range:** $52,229 per year
**What's the Job?**
+ Daily preventative maintenance schedule
+ Install, repair, and maintain all machinery such as conveyor systems, hydraulic equipment, pneumatic equipment, compressors and dryers
+ Routine checks of safety systems, alarm systems, and facility mechanisms
+ Troubleshoot electrical and PLC issues on equipment
+ Conduct general facility upkeep procedures and tasks
**What's Needed?**
+ High School Diploma or GED and three or more years maintenance experience in an industrial manufacturing environment required: or equivalent combination of education and experience
+ Excellent problem-solving skills
+ Strong verbal and written communication skills
+ Demonstrated ability to multi-task
+ Computer literate with common knowledge of Excel, Outlook, Microsoft Word, and PowerPoint
