Job Title: Journeyman Electromechanical Maintenance Technician

Job Description:
Operate, test, maintain, or adjust unmanned, automated, servomechanical, or electromechanical equipment. Technician will be assisting with installation, calibration, and continued PMs and repairs of production manufacturing equipment. Will be working with Original equipment manufacturers to ensure the placement is correct and machines are operating optimally during all production hours. This seasoned technician will be responsible for training and sharing knowledge with peers and coworkers.Top Skills:
Troubleshooting: ability to troubleshoot both electrical and mechanical malfunctions. Ability to troubleshoot Ladder logicElectrical: Skilled in setting up manufacturing and production equipment. Installing 480v breakers for new equipment and the ability to use PLCs to troubleshoot and minor programming is a major plus.Mechanical: Strong ability to set up (commission), calibrate, troubleshoot, and repair manufacturing and production equipment.Additional Skills & Qualifications:
Experience with PLCs Ladder Logic Experienced welder Millwright experienceCommissioning of equipment Capital expenditure projects Maintenance leadership Production environment Any experience getting a manufacturing facility up and running from ground level is a major plusWork Environment:
Indoor manufacturing production environment of HVAC systems
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $40.00
