**Job Title: Electromechanical Technician** **Job Description** Candidates will be working with a team to assemble testing equipment. These structures take up to a week to build and consist of various sub-assemblies. Candidates will be performing electro-mechanical and mechanical assembly of components in these sub-assemblies, wiring panels together, and crimping/stripping as well. They should feel confident in their electrical skills. They will also be required to use hand tools to complete these assemblies. Additionally, candidates need to know how to read schematics and wiring diagrams. **Responsibilities** + Perform electro-mechanical and mechanical assembly of components in sub-assemblies. + Wire panels together and perform crimping and stripping. + Use hand tools such as grinders and drills to complete assemblies. + Read and interpret schematics and wiring diagrams. **Essential Skills** + Wiring and crimping experience. + Ability to read work instructions. + Comfortable with hand tools such as grinders and drills. + Strong electrical skills for assembly. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with sub-assemblies. + Skills in larger scale assembly (capital equipment). **About Aerotek:** We know that finding work is hard, and finding meaningful work is harder.
