**Job Title: Electronic Assembler $20-22+HR** **Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Assembler to join our team for the 1st Shift from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM. In this role, you will be responsible for the assembly of mechanical and electrical parts and sub-assemblies, utilizing hand tools, power tools, and soldering irons. You will also perform basic tests on finished assemblies using computers and test equipment. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a clean, air-conditioned environment with access to detailed work instructions and minimal supervision. **Responsibilities** + Complete assemblies from the previous day at the start of the shift. + Attend production meetings at 8:00 AM to receive the job schedule for the day. + Assemble most units solo in your own work cell; larger units will require team builds. + Use a tablet or laptop to access detailed assembly instructions and documents. + Assemble mechanical and electrical parts and sub-assemblies. + Utilize hand tools, power tools, and soldering irons to complete assemblies. + Perform basic tests on finished assemblies using computers and test equipment such as cable testers and digital volt meters. + Print labels and package finished products for shipment. + Perform very basic soldering as needed. **Essential Skills** + 1+ years of experience working in an assembly job in a manufacturing environment. + Ability to utilize a computer to look up files/instructions, send emails, and navigate/open files. + High School Diploma or GED. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Soldering experience is a plus. + 1-2 years of electronic assembly experience. **Why Work Here?** Join a company with a very low turnover rate due to its excellent work environment and supportive culture.
