**Job Title: Assembler** **Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Assembler to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately and efficiently completing assembly functions, ensuring high-quality standards, and maintaining good communication with team members and management. **Responsibilities** + Prepare parts according to written instructions. + Solder components to customer specifications + Install hardware according to written instructions. + Glue components as required. + Check parts/products passing on the assembly line for quality and remove defective products. + Test equipment on the production line and correct or refer problems appropriately. + Assist and support other team members as needed. + Keep management informed of area activities and any significant concerns, identifying problems and providing suggestions. + Attend meetings as required. + Follow established quality and safety standards. + Meet deadlines. + Inspect work upon completion. + Ensure work area is clean, secure, and well maintained. + Complete special projects as needed. + Package products as assigned. **Essential Skills** + Knowledge of assembly procedures. + Knowledge of and ability to perform all assembly functions. + Quality orientation. + Well organized and attentive to detail. + Willingness to assist others. + Ability to closely follow written and verbal instructions. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + High school graduate or equivalent. + At least one year of assembly experience. + Experience with electronic assembly, soldering, wire harness, cable assembly, troubleshooting, and using hand tools. **Why Work Here?** Join a team dedicated to producing high-quality lighting solutions for the marine industry.
