Job Description
We are seeking an Electronic Assembler to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling computer hardware components following detailed instructions and processes. This position is on the 1st shift 7:00am-3:30pm with the starting pay rate of $18.00 per hour, with occasional Saturday overtime. 2nd shift 3:30pm-12am with the starting pay rate of $21.00 per hour with occasional Saturday overtime.
ResponsibilitiesFollow detailed assembly instructions, processes, and procedures to assemble computer hardware components.Complete tasks as described by production schedules with minimum supervision.Ensure all components are picked according to the items on the order.Work and communicate in a professional manner.Achieve departmental work goals.Maintain a clean and organized work area.Communicate suggestions and feedback to build documents.Conduct basic math calculations.Record any non-conformances.Perform visual quality inspections.Load and unload materials onto or from a cart.Perform other duties as assigned.Work Environment
The entire facility is temperature controlled, organized, and extremely clean. Each assembler will have their own workstation, sitting at a high-top table with a swivel chair and a large vertical monitor to view orders and emails. Employees can use a torque screwdriver, pliers, and a scrapper provided by the company. The culture is welcoming, with a large cafeteria stocked with free snacks and drinks, and activities like Foosball available for breaks
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $20.00
