Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Assembler to join our team. In this role, you will perform assemblies and sub-assemblies under a microscope using extremely small parts for microelectronics. This position operates on the 1st shift from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM.
ResponsibilitiesPerform assemblies and sub-assemblies under a microscope using extremely small parts.Stationed at a work cell, perform tasks such as soldering, wire stripping, sanding, bonding, etching, and stamping.Use basic work instructions to complete assemblies.Perform visual inspections of finished assemblies to ensure accuracy.Perform other production tasks as assigned by the supervisor.Essential Skills1-3 years of experience working in an assembly-based role, preferably with small parts or medical devices.High mechanical inclination with experience using small hand and power tools for assembly.Ability to sit for long periods and assemble products under a microscope.Basic computer skills.Additional Skills & QualificationsSoldering experience is a significant plus.Knowledge of IPC standards.Why Work Here?

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00
