**Job Title: Electronic Assembler** **Job Description** We are looking for an Electronic Assembler to join our team. As an Electronic Assembler, you will be responsible for assembling computer hardware components following detailed instructions and procedures. This is a first shift position from 7:00 am to 4:30 pm with occasional Saturday work if needed. **Responsibilities** + Follow detailed assembly instructions, processes, and procedures to assemble computer hardware components. + Complete tasks as described by production schedules with minimal supervision. + Ensure all components picked match items on the order. + Work and communicate in a professional manner. + Achieve departmental work goals. + Maintain a clean and organized work area. + Communicate suggestions and feedback to improve documents. + Conduct basic math calculations. + Record any non-conformances. + Perform visual quality inspections. + Load and unload materials onto or from a cart. + Perform other duties as assigned. **Essential Skills** + 1 to 3 years of assembly experience. + 1 to 3 years of hand tool experience. + Strong computer skills. + Ability to lift 50 lbs. + Ability to read and write in English. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Mechanical aptitude. + Good with computers. + Open to entry-level candidates. + Suitable for college students home for winter/summer. **Why Work Here?** Our company has a vibrant, tech-driven culture reminiscent of Silicon Valley. The environment promotes comfort and productivity, allowing employees to sit for 60-70% of the day and use a computer daily. A company email is provided for work-related communication. **Job Type & Location** This is a position based out of LIBERTYVILLE, Illinois. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $20.00/hr.
