... After 6 to 12 months this role will move to Oxnard. After one month of becoming permanent through the company, employee will receive a $1,000 bonus.

Responsibilities:
Perform electronic assembly and soldering of components and systems.
Operate equipment such as pyrotechnic powder weighing/pressing machines and induction soldering tools.
Conduct self-inspections to ensure production quality.
Report any out-of-tolerance parts or equipment issues.

Working hours: 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Skills:
Proficient with hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments.
Strong electronic assembly and soldering skills.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.

Education:
High School

Experience:
1-4 years

Qualifications:
High School diploma or equivalent.
2+ years of experience in soldering/electronic assembly.
Experience with electronic meters and microscopes.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
