**Electronic Assembly/ Specialist Projects Technician**
**Hours: 8am-4:30pm, M-F** (opportunity to switch to 4x10s after training)
**Pay rate:** $25.00

**Summary**
This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with a company specializing in Micro-miniature and Nano-miniature highly reliable electronic connectors and interconnection systems. Their products are used in a variety of industries ranging from space, aerospace, military, medical and industrial.
Work with the team to improve and develop manufacturing processes for new and existing products. Focus on forward-looking projects to improve capability, quality, manufacturability, and capacity.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Assemble miniature connectors and interconnection systems according to detailed specifications and blueprints
+ Perform quality inspections on assembled products to ensure they meet company standards.
+ Operate and maintain assembly equipment and tools.
+ Follow safety and cleanliness protocols in a controlled environment.
+ Document assembly processes and maintain accurate records.
+ Collaborate with sales and engineering to resolve any assembly issues.
+ Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and assembly efficiency.
**Qualifications:**
+ Previous experience in miniature assembly using microscope.
+ Excellent manual dexterity and the ability to work with small, delicate components.
+ Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
+ Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and assembly instructions.
+ Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
+ Basic computer skills for documentation and record-keeping.
