This role is responsible for testing and verifying electronic assemblies through the Test Cell at production volumes. The ideal candidate will follow customer-supplied test criteria, including test procedures, test software, and block diagrams. This is an excellent opportunity for someone detail-oriented and eager to develop their skills in a structured manufacturing environment.Responsibilities:Perform functional testing and/or verification of electronic assemblies.Follow written procedures, test software, block diagrams, schematics, and other documentation needed for test operations.Maintain accuracy in product organization and labeling regarding “tested” or “not tested” status.Utilize small hand tools (screwdrivers, trim pot tools, etc.) and basic diagnostic tools (multi-meters, oscilloscopes, etc.).Ensure accuracy in all applicable paperwork.Operate Windows-based computer systems for testing.Communicate failure rates and production data to the Test Supervisor and/or Production Manager.Maintain a clean and orderly work area.Qualifications and Requirements:High School Diploma or GED.Prior experience in testing electronic products preferred but not required—training provided.Strong attention to detail and accuracy.Ability to follow procedures and work in a team environment.Must be alert, attentive, and able to apply constructive feedback.Benefits and Perks:$15.00 per hourHiring/Retention & Attendance bonuses where applicableMedical, Dental, and Vision InsuranceTraining & Career Growth OpportunitiesYour New Organization:The company values precision and innovation, ensuring that team members receive the necessary training and support to excel in their roles within the electronics manufacturing industry.

The base pay range for this position is $15.00, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation.
