We’re seeking a motivated **Stockroom Associate** with experience in electronic kitting and ERP systems. If you're detail-oriented and thrive in a dynamic team environment, this is the perfect opportunity for you! **Why You’ll Love This Role:** + **Hands-On Impact** : Be an essential part of our production process, ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our electronic assemblies. + **Career Growth** : This temp-to-hire position offers potential for long-term career advancement within a fast-growing company. + **Team Collaboration** : Work alongside a dedicated team focused on excellence, with opportunities to expand your skill set. **2nd Shift Schedule:** + Monday to Thursday, 3:20 PM - 1:50 AM. **Competitive Pay:** + **$20 - $22 per hour** , based on experience. **Key Responsibilities:** + **Maintain Quality Standards** : Follow all ESD and Board Handling protocols. + **Handle Sensitive Components** : Use proper Moisture Sensitive Device (MSD) techniques. + **Precision Matters** : Verify product builds and part numbers, using process sheets to ensure accuracy. + **Technical Tasks** : Operate digital volt multi-meters (DVM), load/unload feeders for SMT machines, and use reel counters for teardown tasks. + **Inventory Management** : Label inventory, manage kits, and address material shortages and requisitions. + **Documentation** : Complete all inventory control documents accurately. + **Component Handling** : Prepare and assemble parts using hand tools and machines. + **Quality Assurance** : Support ISO standards in quality, health, safety, and security. **What We’re Looking For:** + **Experience** : Knowledge of electronic manufacturing systems (OCuity) and IPC-DVD-64C Component Identification. + **Certifications** : Must pass IPC-A-610 Modules 1 & 2. + **Skills** : Ability to read and interpret assembly instructions and work processes. + **Attention to Detail** : Strong ability to manage inventory efficiently. + **Compliance** : Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
