Job Description

Be responsible for solving technical problem in heat meter production to sustain normal production smoothly. Optimize heat meter production process to improving quality, Increasing productivity continuously to meet company task requirement and make production cost down;
Ability to analyze electronic products, components, test processes and defects; Ability to communicate with foreign RD&E and product management and translate related requirements into production processes.

Job Responsibilities

Maintained and upgraded PFMEA/CP/FLOW CHART/SOP and other files
Maintain and update manufacturing routing
Analyze and solve daily on-site production problems
Analyze defective incoming materials and defective products
Use quality tools to analysis solve on-site quality problems and customer complaints
Coach and evaluate  operators according to relevant standards and SOPs
Lead or participate company activities to improve in-house product quality, increasing productivities
Other tasks required by the leader

Background & Skills

University education or above in instrumentation, measurement etc. electronic major
More than 3 years experience in measuring instrument and testing

Familiar with process management tools and lean production tools
English can be used as working language
Management related experience is preferred
Service-oriented, co-operative attitude, strong patience with repetitive work, good communication ability, working experience in foreign enterprise is preferred
