**I. Purpose of Position** + The purpose of this position is to apply basic and advanced electronic engineering principles, with supervision and guidance, to the design, redesign, test, modeling and use of various products, subassemblies, and systems. + This role is under Veralto Science and Technology (VST) and work for Hach company, for detail about Hach, please visit www.hach.com . **II. Key Responsibilities** + Circuit board design (components selection, schematic design, PCB layout, etc.) to meet product requirements, especially to meet EE functional requirements and design specifications. Pass product compliance tests such as CE, eTL, etc. + Electrical PDR (Preliminary Design Review) and CDR (Critical Design Review) according to Hach DDS (Design & Development System) procedures. Pass Electrical PDR/CDR. + Development of EE FVT (Function Verification Test) fixtures and/or production test fixtures. + Deliver high quality design files including circuit design drawings, verification test reports, etc. + Support project team to complete DVTP (Design Verification Test Plan) including performance tests, regulatory certification tests, reliability tests, etc. Deliver high quality test plan and test report. + Cooperate with team and actively involved in activities including PSP (Problem Solving Process), Kaizen, VPM (Visual Project Management), DM (Daily Management), etc. **III.** **Education, Background and Skill Requirements** + Quick learner and curious with innovative thinking. + Bachelor or Master degree in Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, etc. + Minimum 3 years circuit board design based on MCU (i.e., i.MX, Cortex, etc.) with knowledge and/or experiences on analog design (i.e., Amplifier, A/D, D/A, power management, etc.). + Proficient at circuit board schematic design and PCB layout with at least one of the EDA design tools (Altium Designer expertise is preferred.). + Experiences on EMC/EMI/Safety design including troubleshooting. + Knowledge and/or experience on DFR (Design for Reliability), DFT (Design for Test), DFS (Design for Service) and DFM (Design for Manufacturing) is preferred. + CET-4 or above, demonstrated good English communication in both oral and written.
