The Electrical/Electronic Engineer is responsible for Improving, and supporting existing product designs, addressing technical challenges, and ensuring product functionality meets current standards. Job ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following.
Hands on experience in Product Maintenance and Improvement (PMI) activities. Analyse, and optimize PCB’s, circuit architectures and embedded systems along with Microprocessor and Microcontroller circuitry. Support validation and verification testing, including EMI/EMC, thermal, and environmental testing as and when needed. Support resolving functional, application, and production issues while driving cost optimization and obsolescence management. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external suppliers to ensure seamless execution of product improvements. Minimum requirements to educational background Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics / Electronics and Communication / Electrical Engineering. Minimum requirements to working experience Total relevant work experience: 3 to 5 years as an Electronic/Electrical.
Required Skills:
Through understanding on PCB engineering, Component engineering, EMI/EMC testing and circuit simulation Should have hands on experience on hardware architecture design, feature & performance specifications, 16/32-bit Microcontrollers based designs Should have hands on experience in Linear, SMPS, signal conditioning and driver circuit design & testing. Good working experience on analog and digital hardware design, circuit simulations using PSpice & LTspice tools. Should be able to analyse the analog & digital Circuits for Functional, performing FMEA’s, Stress, Derating, Worst-case & Tolerance analysis Read and understand mechanical drawings, electrical schematics, PCB layout and drawings. It will be an advantage, if you have knowledge on Extensive experience of full Hardware development life cycle including requirements management, design, development, verification & validation, qualification & certification testing. Hands on experience in writing detailed test plan/procedures, Qualification test procedures. Experience with PLM tool like Teamcenter and PCB Design tools like Altium Designer and NX. Utilize basic knowledge of the following equipment: digital multimeters, oscilloscopes, PC data acquisition hardware, inspection equipment, signal generators, power supplies, RF equipment and current probes Knowledge of ATEX, EC, CISPR, ISO, SAE standards. Knowledge on PCB design guidelines for SI, high speed design & EMI/EMC.
