The Electrical/Electronic Engineer is responsible for developing, improving, and supporting product designs, addressing technical challenges, and ensuring product functionality meets current standards. Job Responsibilities Develop in-depth product knowledge and apply advanced electronic engineering principles. Strong experience in Product Maintenance and Improvement (PMI) activities. Design, analyze, and optimize PCBs, circuit architectures, and embedded systems. Conduct validation and verification testing, including EMI/EMC, thermal, and environmental testing. Resolve functional, application, and production issues while driving cost optimization and obsolescence management. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external suppliers to ensure seamless execution of design improvements. Lead design modifications for compliance with industry standards such as ISO, ATEX, and CISPR
Background & Skills
Minimum requirements to educational background
Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics / Electronics and Communication / Electrical Engineering.Minimum requirements to working experience Total relevant work experience: 5+ years. Proven track record within product development, quality assurance, reliability engineering and robust design Fluent and comprehensive English 1.4. It will be an advantage, if you have knowledge on: PCB Designing, Component engineering, EMI/EMC testing and simulation Apply advanced mathematical concepts such as algebra, calculus, probability and statistics, geometry and trigonometry. Experience with Altium Designer and NX is a plus. Read and understand mechanical drawings, electrical schematics, PCB layout and drawings. Interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or graphical form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables. Utilize basic knowledge of the following equipment: digital multimeters, oscilloscopes, PC data acquisition hardware, inspection equipment, signal generators, power supplies, RF equipment and current probes. Read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.
