Our ideal candidate must have/must be able to: + Log incoming repairs by creating records of customer units received for repair including customer name, unit ID, return date, etc.; + Inspect unit and create general plan for troubleshooting + Test unit and direct and narrow troubleshooting plan + Troubleshoot and repair + Determine exact cause(s) of failure(s) and rectify + Prepare and send quote for chargeable repairs + Prepare tear down notes, complete and sign appropriate documents + Will complete repair work in a 145-repair station on various avionic equipment such as deicing boots, etc. Education/Certification Requirements: + High School Diploma or GED Experience requirements: + 3+ years of Mechanical/Electrical Tech or Assembler experience + Strong attention to detail + Ability to use Air/Hand tools + Excellent communication skills Note: **This role is an onsite position, therefore, must reside in/near Menomonee Falls, WI!** **Pay Details:** $19.00 to $20.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
