Job Description: As an Electronic Repair Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing electronic instruments sent in by clients. You will ensure that these instruments are in optimal working condition, adhering to the highest standards of quality and precision. Responsibilities: + Diagnose and repair electronic instruments. + Perform soldering tasks with precision. + Work with schematics or drawings to identify issues. + Use microscopes or magnifying glasses for detailed work. + Troubleshoot and repair medical devices, such as blood pressure monitors. + Utilize small hand tools for repairs. + Operate multiple types of meters, including oscilloscopes and multimeters. + Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and read circuit diagrams. Essential Skills: + Experience with electronic testing and troubleshooting. + Proficiency in using oscilloscopes. + Strong troubleshooting skills. + Experience with surface mount technology (SMT) and thru-hole soldering. + Knowledge of electronic components and printed circuit board (PCB) assembly. + Ability to read and interpret schematics and blueprints. + Experience with diagnostic and repair processes. Additional Skills & Qualifications: + 2+ years of experience as an electronic technician. + Associate degree (AA) in Electronics is a plus. + Experience with aftermarket repairs is helpful. + Experience with troubleshooting electronics is preferred. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
