About the Role
Join our Quartz and Advanced Controls teams, where you'll assemble, test, and troubleshoot aircraft components. You'll handle a mix of tasks, from manual assembly to using automated equipment, with plenty of opportunities to problem-solve and innovate.
Key Responsibilities:
Assemble and test aircraft components following OEM standards.
Troubleshoot to the component level and recommend solutions.
Operate hand soldering tools and automated test equipment.
Ensure product quality and compliance.
What You Bring:
Education: Associate degree or 5+ years of experience.
Skills: Strong in schematics, troubleshooting, and teamwork.
Knowledge of soldering, SMT, and in-circuit testing.
SAP experience preferred; Microsoft Office skills a plus.

Pay Details: $19.00 to $26.00 per hour
