Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Electronics Assembler Technician to join our fast-growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for testing electronic components at the board level, performing bench tests, troubleshooting, repairing, and assembling electronic equipment. This role requires a keen eye for detail and the ability to work with extremely small components. The successful candidate will work closely with a technician to assemble and occasionally repair products.

ResponsibilitiesTest electronic components at the board level.Perform bench tests, troubleshoot, repair, and assemble electronic equipment.Apply knowledge of electronic troubleshooting and repair theory (AC/DC).Use blueprints and schematics to guide assembly and repair processes.Perform repetitive and detail-oriented tasks.Work with a technician to assemble and occasionally repair products.Handle extremely small components with precision.Essential SkillsAt least 3-5 years of experience performing electrical assembly to the component level.High school degree required; Technical School training and degree preferred.Soldering experience with JSTD or IPC610 certification preferred.Experience in wire harness assembly preferred.Additional Skills & QualificationsSolderingElectrical TestingProduction AssemblyWork Environment

The work environment is a clean production assembly setting with a focus on quality. The atmosphere is friendly and relaxed, yet production-driven, with inspection checks conducted at all phases of production. The company is expanding rapidly and is currently seeking a larger facility to meet the increasing volume of product demands.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.50 - $21.50
