Responsibilities:
- Assemble electronic components, subassemblies, and products according to work instructions and schematics.
- Perform soldering, wiring, and testing of electronic assemblies to ensure proper functionality.
- Inspect and test completed assemblies to identify defects or malfunctions, ensuring high-quality standards.
- Operate and maintain assembly tools and equipment, ensuring they are in good working condition.
- Troubleshoot and repair electronic assemblies as needed.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production deadlines and goals.
- Document work performed and maintain accurate records of assembly processes and results.

Working hours: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Skills:
- Ability to work well with a team
- Ability to work with small tools
- Ability to sit/stand for a 8 hour shift
- knowledge of circuit boards, computers, and being technically inclined

Education:
High School

Experience:
1-4 years

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in electronics or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in electronic assembly or a similar role.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings, schematics, and work instructions.
- Strong soldering skills and experience with hand tools and assembly equipment.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks with precision.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot assembly issues.
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
