We are seeking a qualified Circuit Board Assembler to join the dynamic manufacturing team of one of our clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assembling circuit boards and performing complex small parts assembly while ensuring product quality and adherence to industry standards. Must also be able to regularly required to sit for extended periods, occasionally lift of items not exceeding 15 pounds, and have the dexterity and ability to effectively use basic assembly hand tools. ...
Responsibilities:
- Ensure product quality meets IPC-610 workmanship standards and aligns with customer requirements.
- Coordinate daily work schedules in collaboration with the Lead.
- Maintain a working knowledge of various electronic components and materials, including their mechanical appearance.
- Interpret bills of material, standard operating procedures, written assembly instructions, assembly drawings, and engineering documentation.
- Utilize hand tools such as screwdrivers, pliers, tweezers, wire cutters, and mechanical presses for component preparation, assembly, and rework.
- Perform additional duties as assigned within the Manufacturing department.

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Skills:
- Familiarity with ANSI/IPC 610 electronic acceptance criteria.
- Experience interpreting technical documentation and assembly drawings.
- Ability to distinguish colors and utilize magnification aids when necessary.

Education:
High School

Experience:
1-4 years

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Basic math and grammar skills.
- Prior assembly and soldering experience.
- Ability to read and follow detailed written instructions and perform simple arithmetic.
- Proficient in using fingers or tools for repetitive assembly operations to produce small, lightweight products or components.
- Demonstrated capability to lead and motivate a team effectively.
