PRIMARY FUNCTION
Yulista Tactical Services, LLC has an opening for an Electronics Technician Maintenance III supporting the US Army Operational Test Command (USAOTC) Intelligence Electronic Warfare Test Directorate (IEWTD) at Fort Huachuca Arizona for the Test Technology Support Services (TTSS) contract. The Electronics Technician Maintenance III applies advanced technical knowledge to solve complex problems that typically cannot be solved solely by referencing manufacturers' manuals or similar documents alone. They will utilize independent judgment in planning work sequences, selecting tools, and testing instruments,
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Provide support for technology integration.
Evaluate data collection and reduction.
Evaluate instrumentation support required
Support V&V accreditation for testing.
Attend pre-test planning meetings.
Applies advanced technical knowledge to solve complex problems that typically cannot be solved solely by referencing manufacturers' manuals or similar documents
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
This position does not have any direct reports or supervisory responsibilities but may provide technical guidance to lower level technicians.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES:
Knowledge typically requires an understanding of the interrelationships of circuits, exercising independent judgment in performing such tasks as isolating malfunctions, incorporating engineering changes, conducting circuit analyses, calculating wave forms, and using complex test instruments such as high frequency pulse generators, frequency synthesizers, distortion analyzers, and complex computer control equipment.
Knowledge of computer applications software.
Can identify and communicate risks and provide mitigation strategies.
Ability to enter data accurately into databases.
Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
Interpersonal skills are necessary to work effectively and cooperatively with all levels of management and staff.
Must possess effective oral and technical written communication skills to clearly communicate information to others.
Ability to use general office equipment such as computer phone, copier, scanner, printers, etc.
Ability to follow a process.
Strong professional customer service skills, including active listening, prompt service and follow-up.
Strong decision analysis and problem-solving skills; ability to draw conclusions and justify decisions.
Must be able to communicate issues to management.
Ability to perform basic mathematical computations.
High degree of self-motivation and the ability to work independently.
Ability to multi-task.
QUALIFICATIONS:
High School Diploma and 5 years of experience in a related technical area, or any equivalent combination of relevant technical education and experience.
Must be a US Citizen
Must currently possess and maintain a Secret Clearance with the ability to obtain a Top Secret (TS) with Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) Clearance.
Must fluently speak, read, understand, and write the English language.
Ability to successfully pass a pre-employment physical and drug test.
