**Job Title: Machine Operator**
**Job Description**
Performs ICT and functional Go/No Go testing on systems assemblies, subassemblies, printed circuit boards and products utilizing test equipment and a variety of test instruments and procedures.
**Responsibilities**
+ Set up test equipment and understand the test and assembly processes for each type of board or systems/subassembly tested.
+ Operate test equipment requiring basic computer skills and knowledge of test programs to properly identify and interpret failure parameters, recording them into the Quality Management System (PFS).
+ Identify component types and read component values or integrated circuits, resistors, capacitors, by sight or with appropriate devices, identifying workmanship and material defects, and affixing appropriate marking or defect tags in accordance with Quality Assurance procedures.
+ Follow step-by-step procedures while performing various duties such as frequency and/or voltage adjustment, and observe meter readings to determine whether the item being tested meets minimum requirements specified in test procedures or test programs.
+ Maintain records of units tested, accepted or rejected, utilizing statistical process control charts.
+ Apply basic to intermediate knowledge of applicable specifications and normal product standards to the performance of individual electrical tests.
**Essential Skills**
+ 1+ years of experience in any role within an electronics environment (soldering, testing, QC, machine operation, SMT, etc.).
+ Basic tool usage (small tools).
+ Ability to read blueprints, standard operating procedures, and work instructions.
+ Experience with testing equipment such as oscilloscopes and multimeters.
+ Inspection skills.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ High School Diploma or equivalent.
+ ITAR documentation (must be a US person).

**Work Environment**
The work environment is climate controlled, clean, and well-maintained. Employees will be required to wear smocks and ESD equipment, which are supplied by the company. Some tasks may be performed in a clean room environment. Working hours are as follows: 1st shift from 6am-2:30pm (M-F) and 2nd shift from 2:00pm-8:30am (M-F). Shift differentials of an additional 10% apply for the 2nd shift.
**Job Type & Location**
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Phoenix, Arizona.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $23.65/hr.
