**Aerotek is Hiring for Manufacturing Operators in the Lehigh Valley Area** **Job Description:** + Operate semiconductor-processing equipment in a cleanroom environment. + Focus on photolithography, pattern transfer, substrate cleaning, metrology, and other semiconductor processes. **Hard Skills:** + Microscope + Electronics Assembly + Computer Experience (Excel/Word) + Clean Room Experience + Electronics + Soldering + Circuit Boards + Computer Chip + Water Fab **Work Environment:** + Wear a cleanroom ‘bunnysuit’ and handle chemicals with PPE. + Shifts: 6am-6pm/6pm-6am + Starting pay: $21/hr-30hr + Shift differentials: + A/B Dayshift: **5%** + C/D Nightshift: **15%** + Guaranteed 8 hours of overtime pay every other week. + Three 30-minute breaks (can be combined for a longer lunch break). + Onsite cafeteria and breakroom available.
