Electronics Operator
**Job Title: Manufacturing Operator** **Job Description** This manufacturing position involves operating semiconductor-processing equipment in a cleanroom environment. The manufacturing operator is responsible for meeting daily production goals in support of cleanroom fabrication operations. Areas of concentration include photolithography, pattern transfer via wet and dry etching techniques, substrate cleaning, metrology, and other semiconductor processes. **Responsibilities** + Operate manually- or computer-controlled equipment to meet production and quality goals. + Set up and operate complex manual and computer-controlled equipment. + Work constructively with other team members to process wafers and optical components. + Utilize computer software to track operational performance and make minor corrections to improve productivity. + Follow quality management procedures and identify quality issues. + Maintain a clean and safe working environment. + Multitask to perform other required duties as assigned by a supervisor. **Essential Skills** + Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word computer applications. + Ability to perform light lifting and carrying duties, and to sit and/or stand for an extended period of time (3-5 hrs.). **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + High-school diploma or GED. + Previous manufacturing experience in a cleanroom environment. + Microscope experience. + Manual dexterity. + Willingness to learn. + Detail-oriented. + Strong problem-solving skills related to equipment and manufacturing issues. + Self-directed and able to work with limited supervision. **Why Work Here?** Enjoy a company culture that values collaboration and hard work. Employees will periodically handle up to 1 gallon of chemicals (acid/base/solvents) while wearing personal protective equipment. Shifts are 6am-6pm or 6pm-6am with guaranteed 8 hours of overtime pay every other week. Three 30-minute breaks are provided, and employees can combine breaks to have an hour for lunch.
