Pay: $22 to $24 per hour based on experience, with a 15% differential for night shifts.

6am - 6pm or 6pm - 6amSunday - Tuesday or Wednesday - Saturday

Job Description: Step into a dynamic role where you'll operate semiconductor-processing equipment in a cleanroom environment. As a Manufacturing Technician, you'll play a crucial part in achieving daily production goals and supporting cleanroom fabrication operations. Your focus areas will include photolithography, pattern transfer (wet and dry etching), substrate cleaning, metrology, and other semiconductor processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate manual and computer-controlled equipment to meet production and quality targets.Set up and manage complex equipment.Collaborate with team members to process wafers and optical components.Use computer software to track performance and make minor adjustments to enhance productivity.Adhere to quality management procedures and identify any quality issues.Maintain a clean and safe working environment.Perform additional duties as assigned by your supervisor.

Essential Skills:

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.Ability to perform light lifting and carry out tasks while sitting or standing for extended periods (3-5 hours).High school diploma or GED.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

Experience with microscopes, electronics assembly, and computer software (Excel/Word).Previous experience in a cleanroom environment.Manual dexterity and the ability to learn complex machinery.Experience with soldering, circuit boards, computer chips, wafer fabrication, and semiconductor components.

Work Environment:

Wear a head-to-toe cleanroom 'bunnysuit' and handle up to 1 gallon of chemicals with personal protective equipment.Enjoy three 30-minute breaks, with the option to combine two for a one-hour lunch.Onsite cafeteria and breakroom with small lunch/snack choices.Guaranteed 8 hours of overtime pay every other week.

Job Type & Location: This is a contract position based in Breinigsville, Pennsylvania.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.05 - $24.15
