Job Description This product manager defines and executes the product vision, developing a clear roadmap that guides the company in identified markets. The role involves collaborating with sales, engineering, and senior management to create, design, market, and deploy new products for both OEM and Aftermarket channels. They conduct surveys to gain insights on performance and market opportunities and travel with sales leaders to assist in the selling cycle. With a blend of business and engineering skills, they strategize and bring products to market, working extensively with customers and cross-functional teams to prioritize features and develop needed products. They translate business priorities into actionable product requirements, writing clear Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) based on market research and customer input. Additionally, they identify broad industry and product trends in collaboration with sales and customers. This role may involve some travel to visit different clients in the industry. Skills and Requirements A minimum of five years product management experience, ideally having managed a complete product including features, pricing, licensing, and platform responsibilities   Experience with manufacturing electronic/electro-mechanical product lines   Excellent listening, oral and written communication/presentation skills with strong ability to influence people at all levels and in various functions   Must be able to demonstrate a passion for technology, product innovation and a strong aptitude for business strategy B.S. in an electronics/engineering field Foodservice industry experience (Technical or Culinary) is a plus   Experience with M2M/IoT interfaces desired   Background in defining the Human Engineering and Graphical User Interface for a product    Outlining software user interfaces, for ex.
