What You'll Do: + Repair & Troubleshoot: Work on semi-complex electronic equipment like printed circuit boards, multiplexing systems, and amplifiers. Use your diagnostic skills to pinpoint issues and bring equipment back to life. + Hands-On Work: Reconstruct or replace defective parts, adjust mechanical components, and ensure everything is aligned and calibrated to perfection. + Stay Updated: Review engineering change notices and apply new coatings to equipment components. + Test & Document: Test equipment to documented performance standards and maintain detailed records of your work. + Collaborate & Support: Provide technical assistance to Production, Test, Field Service, and Engineering departments. You'll be a key player in our product investigations. What We're Looking For: + Qualifications: High School Diploma, Technical Degree, Associate's Degree with experience, or Bachelor's Degree with no experience required. + Experience: 1 to 3 years as a repair technician, skilled in using hand tools and test equipment like multimeters and oscilloscopes. + Troubleshooting Skills: Ability to troubleshoot down to the component level. Board-level experience is a plus, but we're willing to train the right candidate. + Citizenship: Must be a ITAR compliant. Work Environment: + Dynamic Setting: Work on the manufacturing floor with benches and various test areas. Depending on the task, you might work in chambers or specialized test environments. + Team Support: You'll work closely with a lead and supervisor, receiving training and guidance as you grow in your role. Hours & Compensation: + Flexible Schedule: Enjoy a 9/80 work week— 80 hours in 9 days, every other Friday off. + Competitive Pay: $25 - $40 an hour Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $60000.00 - $70000.00/yr. 9/80 work weeks.
