Electronics Technician 2nd Shift

This individual, under the direction of the supervisor, will be responsible for electronics troubleshooting, installing and repair of a wide variety of production and facility equipment. This role will require cooperation with other members of the technical team. This employee must also be capable of working independently to properly diagnose electrical issues and determine the necessary repair. Must be capable of disassembling and assembling machine components that require repair or replacement. Must have strong math skills and possess a thorough understanding of electrical knowledge including but not limited to; ohms law, transformers, variable frequency drives, overcurrent protection, motor diagnostics, schematic reading and a basic understanding of PLC programing. Must have familiarity with electrical hand tools, soldiering and a knowledge of a multimeter.

Ability to follow electrical code manuals to install and repair electrical systems; PLC proficient; Experience reading technical drawings, electrical & pneumatic schematics; Willing to work overtime and weekends as needed; Mechanical aptitude;
