**Job Title: Electronics Technician** **Job Description** The Electronics Technician is responsible for the manufacturing of components, the assembly of finished products, and performing assigned soldering processes as required, including soldering components, configuring cabling, and configuring wires. **Hard Skills** + testing + electronics + troubleshooting + soldering **Soft Skills** + communication + attention to detail + teamwork + independent work **Job Type** This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 6 Month(s). **Work Site** This is a fully on-site position in Fairfield, Ohio. **Work Environment** The company follows lean 6s standards with a strong focus on safety and efficiency. This position is within the military aerospace division, consisting of 6-7 different cells with 5-6 people per cell. The work environment involves working in close quarters and requires the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Effective communication and meticulous double-checking are crucial for each step of the process.
