Job Summary:
Conducts prototype builds, testing, and troubleshooting to support product development and testing activities, including mechanical and electrical assembly and system integration.

Job Requirements:

Ability to read schematics Experience in troubleshooting and prototyping Proficiency in mechanical assembly and wiring harness assembly Skilled in lead-free soldering of through-hole and surface-mount components on PCBs

Preferred Skills:

Experience with setting up and operating test equipment Background in system integration and testing Familiarity with root cause analysis and data analysis for technical troubleshooting

Job Responsibilities:

Conduct prototype builds and support engineering staff in system integration Assemble mechanical components and wiring harnesses Perform lead-free soldering of through-hole and surface-mount components on printed circuit boards Set up, maintain, repair, calibrate, and adjust test equipment as directed Assist in the development and maintenance of test stands, fixtures, and test equipment Document test results and analyze systems, processes, products, or equipment Maintain lab stock of electronic and mechanical components and supplies Repair and refurbish prototypes during testing Follow inspection procedures and operate automated test equipment Assist with root cause analysis, including identifying trends and common issues for systems, peripherals, software, and components

Pay Details: $20.00 to $25.00 per hour
