Job Description
This position is primarily responsible for performing testing of mechanical and electronic assemblies, such as RF radio amplifiers, cable assemblies, and associated systems/kits. The role also includes performing printed circuit board (PCB) testing.
ResponsibilitiesAutomated testing and troubleshooting of RF, Digital, and Analog electronic subassemblies and products.Maintaining accuracy of shop floor routing system, including in-process and completed production records.Verifying test equipment is within calibration.Complying with and making recommendations to the Quality Assurance Program.Other duties as assigned.Essential SkillsExperience with RF, radio frequency, electrical assembly, electronic assembly, and electronics.Skilled in testing, troubleshooting, and repairing electronic subassemblies and products.Intermediate ability to extract and understand information from schematic, mechanical, and assembly drawings.Intermediate knowledge in electronic circuit testing and troubleshooting, including RF, Digital, and Analog circuits.Basic ability to work independently or in a team.Basic knowledge of the safe and efficient use of shop tools and test equipment.Basic communication skills, both oral and written.Basic knowledge of and proficiency in IPC workmanship and soldering standards.Basic ability to perform precision placement and soldering techniques according to product specifications.Basic knowledge of electronic industry quality assurance (QA) practices, such as IPC standards.Additional Skills & QualificationsPCB testing or electrical assembly testing experience preferred.Shift:1st shift: 6:30am -3:00pmMonday - FridayOccasional overtime sometimes on Saturday if neededWork EnvironmentClimate-controlled bench style work environment.Dress code includes no shorts, closed-toe shoes, and no food or cell phones allowed on the production floor.Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $17.50 - $17.50
