Electronics Technician

**POSITION TITLE:** Electronics Technician
**POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:** Will be responsible for the assembly of finished product and subassemblies of components for electronic devices.
+ Set-up and operate equipment that processes, inspects, and tests optoelectronic wafers and semiconductor devices
+ Run various types of equipment such as die bonders, wire bonders, plasma cleaners, ovens, and laser marking systems.
+ Verify quality of the part by using both visual quality checks and testing methods
+ Perform wafer pick and place on a variety of tools
+ Input production tracking updates into tracking software/spreadsheets
**WORK ENVIRONMENT:** Cleanroom environment - this is a very clean, highly regulated environment. You will have your own assembly station within the manufacturing environment that is temperature controlled.
**LOCATION:** Ann Arbor, MI 48108
**SHIFT:** 1st shift
**PAY RATE:** $21/hr
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $23.00
