**Job Title: Electronics Technician** **Job Description** We are seeking an experienced Electronics Technician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be involved in panel wiring, machine wiring, programming PLCs, robotics, and HMIs. You will also be responsible for mechanical and electrical repairs and troubleshooting on various equipment including robots, conveyors, sensors, and more. **Responsibilities** + Perform panel wiring and machine wiring, often creating custom equipment + Utilize Keyance or other vision cameras + Program PLCs, robotics, and HMIs using Ladder logic and state language + Conduct mechanical and electrical repairs and troubleshooting on robots, conveyors, sensors, servo motors, HMIs, PLCs, cameras, assembly lines, laser printers, and inkjets + Troubleshoot PLCs, low voltage circuits, and 480v 3-phase systems + Engage in machining, assembly, and wiring of parts, using manual mills, lathes, and CNC machines **Essential Skills** + Associates degree in electro-mechanical, automation, or electrical fields + 5+ years of experience in panel wiring and machine wiring + Proficiency in robotics, automation, electrical, and electronics + Experience with PLC programming and electrical troubleshooting + Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + 2 years of experience working within automation or on robots + Hands-on problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet + Experience with low voltage circuits, 480v 3-phase systems, and servo troubleshooting **Why Work Here?** We offer a direct hire opportunity within a team of easy-going and laid-back individuals, fostering a family-like atmosphere. You will be part of a collaborative team, including controls techs and electro-mechanical techs, working closely with a supportive Maintenance Manager and Director of Operations. **Job Type & Location** This is a Permanent position based out of Janesville, Wisconsin. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $70000.00 - $80000.00 Direct Hire A group of people who are easy to work with and are laid back.
