Primary Duties & Responsibilities

Proficiency with general purpose test equipment (oscilloscopes, multimeters, etc.) is required Experience with RF test equipment (network analyzers, spectrum analyzers, etc.) is desired. A wide variety of assembly and fabrication experience is also desirable including proficiency with typical tools for electronic, electrical, and mechanical assembly.  Experience with soldering and rework of board mounted electronic components (thru-hole and surface mount) is desired

Education & Experience

Professional experience with electronics manufacturing and test H.S. Diploma required Associate degree, technical degree or military training preferred. 3 – 5 years of experience in RF electronics systems preferred. 3 - 5 Years of experience assembling laser-based automation systems (nice to have)
  Mind-set to constantly pursue the basic understanding or root cause of problems and to continually improve.  Detail oriented with well refined troubleshooting skills and techniques while working under minimal supervision. Self-motivation and the ability to maintain effectiveness in working several tasks in parallel while bringing each to conclusion, in a timely manner.  Personal time management, project management, and organizational skills.
