**Electronics Test Technician** **Location:** Richmond, VA **Pay Rate:** $21 - $29 per hour (based on experience) **Shifts:** Must be flexible for **1st shift (6:00 AM – 2:30 PM) and 2nd shift (2:00 PM – 10:30 PM), including some weekends.** **Why Join Us?** Competitive pay with room for growth Work with cutting-edge electronic equipment Collaborate with a skilled team in a dynamic environment Hands-on role with troubleshooting & testing opportunities **What You’ll Do:** Test and troubleshoot electronic equipment, including Static Switches, UPSs, RPPs, and PDUs Work with high-power applications (600V-208V, 3-phase) Use PCBA programming & electronic test equipment Read & interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical documents Maintain safety standards and follow 6S principles Support manufacturing & process improvements **What We’re Looking For:** Associate degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience 3-5 years of experience testing and troubleshooting electronics (manufacturing environment preferred) Strong knowledge of electrical circuits, schematics, and ECNs Proficiency in oscilloscopes, power meters, & electronic test equipment Experience with Lean Manufacturing (5S, Kaizen, Root Cause Analysis, etc.) Computer skills – Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and SAP Experience with harness & wiring (a plus!) **Important:** Assembler candidates **will not** be considered – this role requires testing experience. **Ready to take your career to the next level?** Apply today and join a leading team in the electronics industry! **Apply Now!** **Pay Details:** $21.00 to $29.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
