**Job Title: Electronics Test Technician** **Job Description** Two openings for electronic test technicians a electronic/communication manufacturer in Santa Ana, CA. This is a 4/10 schedule position (Mon-Thur) from 5am-3:30pm. Pay will start between $20-$23 an hour and will increase once trained. Quarterly bonuses and overtime hours available as well. Looking for candidates that have some electronics experience but that are open to learn and train with the testing team. As a Test Technician, you will perform debug and test assemblies to the component level, maintain and upkeep testers, troubleshoot operator problems, and communicate issues to Test Engineers or leaders. You will also assist in experiments for failure analysis and root cause analysis and recommend additional equipment needs. **Responsibilities** + Perform debug and test assemblies to component level using block diagrams and schematics + Maintain and upkeep testers + Troubleshoot operator problems and collaborate with leadership on training and process improvements + Communicate problems to Test Engineers and leaders + Assist in performing experiments for failure analysis and root cause analysis **Essential Skills** + 1-3 years of electronics experience + Proficient in computer skills + Experience with ERP, ATP (acceptance test plan), or MAC address + Ability to read work instructions, blueprints, and drawings + Proficient in using hand tools, power tools, multimeter, and oscilloscope, volt meters + Proficiency with Microsoft Office products and WebEx conferencing software + Proficient in reading electrical schematics **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.
