Miller Brother Staffing Solutions is looking to fill an electronics troubleshooter position with a company in Erie, PA.  This is a 1st shift position with a pay rate of $16/hr to start.

Job Summary

This Electronics Troubleshooter will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving issues with returned products, including boards, fixtures, and components, based on customer complaints. Ability to interpret schematics to identify potential issues Utilize computer systems to enter part requests, track data, and manage programs relevant to the RMA process. Understanding the function of the fixtures Solving problems and attention to detail Communicate findings to chain of command Maintain accurate documentation for each case, ensuring clear records of all troubleshooting activities and resolutions. Follow established protocols for RMA processing, ensuring timely and accurate handling of returned products. Using tools and equipment for testing electronics, such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, or other diagnostic instruments
The following type of experience would stand out: Hands on experience with Electronics & Components Electrical fundamentals (someone coming out of EIT  - Trade School or the Erie County Vo Tech School) Experience in computer building could also stand out for this role Education
High School Diploma or GED required
