The Electrophysiology Technologist (EPT) is a cardiovascular or radiologic technologist who has completed competencies identified in the Cardiovascular Technologist orientation. The EPT will perform through the utilization of specialized equipment, under the direction of a qualified physician, procedures that include fluoroscopy and digital image capture resulting in the accurate diagnosis and/or optimal treatment of congenital or acquired heart arrhythmias while maintaining maximum patient safety and comfort.

Required Qualifications:
Associate's Degree - Cardiovascular or Radiographic technology. Montana Radiologic Technologist upon hire. National Registered Technologist - Radiography - American Registry of Radiologic Technologists upon hire. Or, National Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist - Cardiovascular Credentialing International upon hire. Or, National Registered Cardiac Electrophysiology Specialist upon hire. National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire. National Provider ACLS - American Heart Association upon hire. 2 years - Experience in a cardiovascular laboratory.Preferred Qualifications:
