District located in Washington, DC Position: Elementary School Teacher 24/25 SY Start Date: 11/4/24 Length: Full 24/25 SY Schedule: 7:35am-3:45pm - Student arrival at 7:45a and dismissal at 3:30p Classroom Openings/setting: (1) Kindergarten Teacher - will work alongside school leadership guidance and co teacher (1) 3rd Grade ELA Teacher (2) Full Time Floaters - NOT a substitute, will be on campus full time M-F - will be available to cover for any call outs that happen same day or short notice - if all classrooms are covered, they still receive hours by assisting with any events happening that day or co-teaching in classrooms - events can be field trips, school activities, parent events etc. Requirements: No cert required but must have lead teaching experience W2 position employee with Amergis Staffing (Not the district), you will only be expected to work hours assigned on the contract.
