The primary purpose of this role is to provide timely and accurate administration of Eligibility processes which include the organising and collating of IME appointments, Circumstance report investigations and request of treating health practitioner reports.
About the role
Providing excellent customer service to all stakeholders ensuring that they are kept regularly informed throughout the process Reviewing and making decisions on expedited claims Managing of multiple internal and external stakeholders is essential with the delivery of high levels of customer service expected Upholding telephony standards and frontline service to injured workers, employers, and other stakeholders
About you
Ability to manage a variety of tasks with good time management qualities Ability to problem-solved and to communicate strategies to stakeholders effectively Demonstrate excellent time management skills and the demonstrated experience in working with short timeframes Proven ability to analyse and interpret assessment information (for example, medical and circumstantial information) With strong track record of delivering quality customer service and demonstrating customer centric behaviours
