Job Description "X" has been using the "Y" eLIMS system for their laboratory testing and batch release until TSA exit in Q1 2025. Hence, the "Y" eLIMS system holds a lot of information that "X" requires readily available for trending and audit purposes. Goal of this individual is to provide an extract from the eLIMS Oracle database with the "X: information related to: Batches, QC Orders, Samples, Tests, Results, Stability studies, Environmental monitoring, Reagents, Instruments and the related audit trail. The extracted information will be a subset of the total eLIMS data, limited to the 3 sites: Cibubur_FF, Val De Reuil and Sao Jose. 2nd part will be triggering relevant certificate documents to automatically generated in PDF through database inserts and providing a mapping from the filename to the actual batches.
